Dr. Pepper Fails to Deliver on Promise

Well Dr. Pepper promised free sodas to anyone if the album Chinese Democracy was released in 2008. Today is the release day and Dr. Pepper planned to deliver on their promise. When you click on the link on their site you are prompted to fill in a form to claim your free drink. After you fill in the form users find several different server errors.
I received:

Obviously they were overwhelmed with requests. Since today is the only day you can request it I guess we're out of luck. Thanks for nothing Dr. Pepper.
